I don't normally vent, but I would like to say the following:

Charter hi-speed cable sucks.

Thank you.

unfortunately Comcast is not offered in my area. I used to have them before I moved and they did fine. It appears that Charter is ran by outsourcers who don't know their head from their ass.

So I fired them and moved onto FIOS. :)

I have Cox.....its ok...we had a bunch of outtages a few months back but now it seems to be pretty consistent with staying up. I have a 9mbps down and 1 mbp up connection for 65 a month.

Man I would kill for 1Mbs up. My Comcast keeps adding DL speed (6 Mbs down) but my upload is stuck at 384Kbs up.

Here at work: 100mbit/100mbit :)

CHARTER SUCKS!!!

Hey, what do you know the bold red text works!

I had Charter TV eight years ago. What a bunch of morons. I quickly switched to a dish. As time went on the trees in my backyard started blocking the dish and my only other option was a pole in the front yard. I though... it's been 8 years, maybe Charter is better now.

NOT.

They still suck. Unfortunately I have no other options. I've had a tech out here 8 times in the past 2 months. It always takes a week for support to get here. They suck! The problem is still here, much less but still TV reception is bad and high speed internet is about half what they promise. Charter sucks.

Did I mention CHARTER SUCKS!!!
