I saw em, front row side stage a couple years back with the wife, real good show. Big fan here too, I was in high school when slippery when wet came out, god could that album have been any more huge.
Seen Metallica, 3 or 4 times, great shows.
EXTREME!!!! that is probably my top concert ever. Extreme and Saigon Kick came to the auditorium at my college, ISU in Illinois. I had front row center, i traded a guy my 2 3rd row seats for 1 front row, 1 seat from center seat. got a pick from Nuno, sticks from Paul, great concert. Nuno kicked ass.

Interesting though, that Jon Bon Jovi is still married to his high school sweethart ( i am pretty sure, at least last i heard).
My first concert was Van Halen's 1984 tour with DLR. To this day this stands as probably the best. Second fav would be the Eagles when they first got back together. the When hell freezes over tour. I think it was 1993. That was just insane. People were going nuts. Saw GnR in '87 when Appetite for Destruction just came out at the Tower Theatre in Philly. It holds like 3500 people max. It was pre mad popularity of GnR and we were in the 7-10th row or something like that. They put on a kick ass show. I remember them clicking on a strobe light for the entire instrumental end of Paradise City. As low tech as that sounds, it was amazing.

I hope there were no epileptics in there

I've seen metallica 7 times, first time was in '94 on the end of the Binge and Purge tour. They played all of my favs from that time and shit they rarely play live. 6 times since then including their Lollapalooza show where it was the end of Soundgarden and The Ramones.
Huey Lewis and the News fucking rock hard and sound great live. I'm a big fan.
I like old school metal bands, Metallica, Anthrax, (John Bush era) Life of Agony on their second tour, Corrosion of Conformity, Megadeth will be coming soon and i'll finally get to see them. I saw Snot before their singer kicked the bucket. Saw the Deftones before their first album came out and a whole lot more that i can't remember.
311- got drums tick and pick on their soundsystem tour. The Cranberries, who are really good live (twice) collective soul and they rule too.
Steve Vai puts on a great show, especially for his showmanship with the rest of his band. They are a treat live for all guitarists and fans of music in general.
I've seen Phish 4 times and they were amazing each time, electric and just phenominal. Moe. i've seen once and they were pretty good too.
I started listening to Extreme again, Nuno is one of the best sounding guitarists, he's got a clean LOUD sound that is a style all his own.

KOB, ya Extreme never had more than "more than words" get much play but they are 1 of my fav bands, them and Saigon Kick. I saw Saigon for $2 at ISU when they were nobody (not that they were ever anybody for that matter) but this was right before "love is on the way" came out and they kicked ass.

My first concert was Madonna "Like A Virgin" Tour. I was in like 1st grade. The Beastie Boys were the warm up band, I think they were called "The Bad Boys" back then, and we booed them of the stage.
A bunch of 7-12 yr olds had never heard rap before. So funny thinking back on that.
The best was while in college, sneaking into the Super Dome to see the Metallica GnR concert!!

It's too bad they couldn't have stayed together, it's too bad they got lumped in with the no talent hair bands of the day.
I loved that each Extreme album was completely different than the previous ones.
