LOL!!

I did that to my kids and my sister. My son ended up sleeping with me that night but it was so funny. The only one who was crying was me from laughing so hard.

It's interesting to see where people are on this topic. I myself, as noted, just can't find any humor in something that has to come at someone else's expense. If you need a laugh that bad then maybe it's because you were treated that way and somehow it makes you feel better to pass it on.

Is it really that funny to set someone up and then laugh in their face while their emotional pants are down? I would say that probably half of the population thinks so and that's why I couldn't wait to get out of High School. I find the general population rude and self serving.

Well I'm almost done with my lamphat so I'll let you get back to your laughter.

Not to mention that phobias can occur in young children from that kind of stuff. Or, creating mistrust in the parents who allowed this to happen, if repeated examples of mistrust are given it can create a classA convict. Yea that’s realll funny...grow up people. Yes this is abuse for young children, just like letting babies under 2 years old watch television, it’s not good but probably majority of Americans do it, and we are wondering why ADD is so prevalent? There is a reason for rating system on scary movies, it's not just all the sex and violence either that affects people. Do you realize what you do to children and adolescents affects them the rest of their lives?

btw a kid that young and a voice sounding that old seems like it's the Dad not older brother.

No offense Twister but your 14. I wouldn't expect you to understand the point I was making at all and I don't mean that as an insult. A bit of empathy and sympathy for others comes with age.

The issue isn't watching scary or violent content. The issue isn't how that shapes our personalities. The issue is humiliating someone and then laughing in their face. The issue is that it was a child. They deliberately humiliated that child, found the time to set the whole thing up with a camera and then found the time to post it online.

I will tell you that those people somewhere down the line where treated in the same fashion or they are just flat out short a chromosome or two. Hell probably both.

I'll stand by my thoughts. I do not find the humiliation and mocking of others entertaining. If you do then your not alone. Maybe I'll post a picture of my lamphat when I'm done so we can all get a good chuckle out of it.

I can see everyone's point of view. It's funny and I feel bad for the kid as well.
Sort of like, 'hahahaha... awwwwwwww. :( '

It would have been funny if it had been an adult. Playing pranks on a kid is dangerous. It is also pointless, because he's too young to see the humor in it. So it ends up just cruel.

On the other hand, he's warm, fed, clothed, even has a video game. That's way more than what a billion kids have.

I think it's funny as hell and i have done it to my kids and i don't care what any of you think. I have got 2 very good and polite kids. Nothing wrong with a prank, because if they had the chance they would of done it to me. Lighten up and stop being a bunch of stiffs, you sound ridiculous. So sick of the society you shouldn't do this or that crap. Give me a break. Having a scare every now and then is actually good for you. Geez..

It's ok if you think it's funny. However, there are some people here who disagree with you and a few others on this topic. That sounds about right to me, but it sounds to me like that isn't OK with you B.

I do hope you are not travelling through life expecting everybody to see it your way. If they don't hold the same understanding you do, do you feel you need to set them straight? If so then it would be amazing if you made it to the grocery store without killing someone. We simply don't agree, get over it and grab yourself a nice lamphat while your at it.

It is true that the kid got pranked by an adult. Here is the link of who pranked the kid. It also stated that they had a good laugh after they did that.
