It's always a multiple of 9 (if you do the adding and subtraction properly).
Examples:
54: 5+4=9; 54-9=45; 45/9=5
22: 2+2=4; 22-4=18; 18/9=2
71: 7+1=8; 71-8=63; 63/9=7
If you look closely at the board, every multiple of 9 has the same symbol. Thus the board can't be wrong.

I gotta agree with that. Myself and 2 other people sat here and messed with it for about five minuthe and it was right every time.

I may, this is a simple principle.
with the formula the programs gives you ther is only 10 possible responce, one for each 10, 20 30...
ex
41 - (4 + 1) =36
42 - (4 + 2) =36
43 - (4 + 3) =36
So if you look at the board a the multiple of 9 as RCinator mentioned (9, 18, 27, 36, 45...) you will find the same sign on every number, and
surprise:eek: , its the number that will apear in the cristal ball.
To be shure it takes you some time to understand, the programer made shure that the sign on each number in the grid change every shot.
Not more complicated
