ok my TIVO burped on me, i missed the last 5 mins.. I saw right where tony woke up, and someone was feeding him ice chips I think it was. anything else happen?

Paulie and Vito panicked and both paid Carmella their share of the Columbian heist. They were super nice to her when they gave her the package full of money, but she caught of glimpse of them on the elevator, looking glum and depressed over having to kick up the money. Carmella looked pissed when she saw this.
Then Christopher came to talk to Tony. Tony was sitting up, looking like he was completely out of it from the drugs. He couldn't talk he just stared like a zombie. Christopher told him he was taking another shot at the movie biz, and that he'd cut Tony in, and that Tony owed this to him since he turned in Adriana when she turned rat.
I think that was the end of it.
The previews for next week showed Tony looking much better, still in the hospital but looking like he'd be leaving soon. He was pissed off and talking and yelling about people taking advantage of the situation. So, it looks like next week Tony's back in charge!
