Interesting, but I wonder how it's street legal as the eBay description claims it to be (says he drove it in CA). Case in point: bumpers, or lack thereof. Does anyone know the legality of driving something like this? I assume it differs per state.

Usually it just needs plates, directionals, lights, and in CA emissions certification. Not to mention insurance, which would be $$$ on something like that.
