If that guy has a hardware ban, there is nothing I or any other server admin can do about it.

The ban would be on ALL Punkbuster enabled servers including all the other games that have Punkbuster...like BF, COD, ET, Quake, etc...

I just don't understand why he has a hardware ban. Don't you get those when you hack during a match.... Which he has never played in during the 4 hours he's played wolf?

LoL we don't know what he has because you haven't given us his guid. Post the guid and we'll post the reason for the ban. Up till then any reason you get given will only be a guess...
