How?

My MG42 accuracy is 103.95% right now. It says I am 177/184.

How is that possible?

thats the large maching gun, yes its possible 151 att and 160 hits

Yes I know it is the large machine gun, anyone who plays the game should know that. But I still don't understand how I can get more hits than shots fired. Do MG42 bullets go through players?

I dont play RTCW but I would guess that it is the bullet going through one body and hitting another. In that case it would be one shot with two hits.

I don't think the game would be programmed for bullets to pass through players and kill another body. A more likely scenario would be your shots killing a jeep or vehicle and the splash damage of the explosion killing other players in and/or around it.

Yes Sabres. The caliber of the MG is much bigger then the smg's. It will go true a body, therefore the accuracy over 100%. You prolly shot when allieds just spawn or at a sniper with a medic behind. Same thing with mausers, doesn't happen often tho. Compare with a grenade, easy to get over 100% because of the splash damage.

Alright. There are no vehicles to damage so the bullets had to have gone through the bodies. I didn't know it was possible but apparently it is. SWEET!

its definately programmed into the game! i love single player with the snooper rifle! that thing shoots through two enemys! shame its not in multiplayer so it could be banned for being able to kill people with 1 shot!

yeah exactly! i was the master at instagib! i allways have the first shot on target... its just all the ones that follow that don't allways hit!
