Cervical Cancer Vaccine


An influential government advisory panel is recommending that girls as young as the age of 9 should be given the vaccine against the sexually transmitted virus that causes cervical cancer.


I just heard on the news that there is now a cure for cervical cancer which is a vaccine that is said to work nearly 100% of the time...

If you get cancer, they tell you "God works in mysterious ways."
If you don't get cancer "it's because he didnt want you to have it." well thats with anything good/bad.

I just wish the aliens would show themselves and throw all god fearing people around the world, on their heads.

It's great news!!

Too bad though that this work can't be translated to other forms of cancer. Cervical cancer is actually caused by a type of virus, unlike most other forms of cancer which are caused by genetic mutations. But having a vaccine for one type is a million times better than not having any vaccines for any type.
