Well, I paid about $280 for the gun when it came out originally. I probably spent about double that or more for everything..

Your paintball gun system cost more than an actual assault rifle!
Of course shooting at your friends with an assault rifle is probably not quite the same kind of lighthearted fun that paintballing is.

The gun and everything looks real nice... but I am wondering as to why you would install a drop forward? Most people use a Remote Line System which makes getting a drop forward kinda useless. Just wondering though, but nice looking gun.

In speedball, a remote line is not going to help you or even be feasible. The air tank on the drop forward actually balances out the gun's weight. I put in a bolt that is a hell of a lot lighter than the stock one and it throws off the balance and with the drop forward, the gun is so much more balanced out. I can actually hold my gun in the center with one finger. The center of gravity is just in the right place.

The drop forward also allows me to play tighter. What the tank also does is stabilize your gun against your shoulder.
