I bet here in NY if somone got caught doing that it would be a slap on the wrist and a small fine.... Never make alcohol in a state that is a major exporter hehe..

You can make shine in NC. I think you can only make no more than 50 gallans a year. This guy I work with makes strawberry shine.. wow crazy shit.

ahhh not legally you can't... not even a quart... Not to say that a lot has not been made here. Beer and wine is all that is legal to make
