As a student of Architecture I like to see many different building designs, and that house is really nice. It has a very good connection with nature and the landscape. That is my little rant but I like that house!

According to the VH1 media video on the site, the place goes for $75 million.
Total of 30,000 square feet - 22,000 square feet living space with an additional 8,000 square feet of covered terraces and garaging.
So, $2,500 per square foot. Makes my house look like a bargain!!
