Screenshots remind me of the WOPR computer in NORAD from the movie Wargames. Looks cool.

That's exactly what the game is based on.

It actually says "WOPR" and "Would you like to play a game?" in a few places.

Awesome! Can you give a quick review? Now you've my curiosity piqued!

Is it anything at all like the boardgames Risk or Diplomacy? Does it boil down to an endgame where the player with the lowest amount of casualties, "wins?" Do you like it?
