Everyone and their brother is going to have nukes real soon, there's no avoiding it. Might as well go back to the Cold War policy of MAD (Mutual Assured Destruction). Israel has nukes, set up Japan with some nukes. Then spread the word: If a nuke goes off anywhere, both NK and Iran are getting nuked, no questions asked. We'll sort it out afterwards. True, it's not fair, but you wanted to be in the Nuclear Club, so enjoy it just like the US and Soviets enjoyed it for all those years.

I don't think we should invade NK over this. However, at least we have clear evidence they are working on WMD. There was no real evidence of WMD in Iraq, just speculation and some wishful thinking.

I think SK and other nations close to NK have a lot more to worry about than us.
