The President said he didn't resign because the Democrats took control of the House (Senate too?).

Does it really matter. They are just gonna stick some other schmuck in there and we will continue on the downhill journey.

He was CIA chief during Gulf War I, maybe one of the people who advised Bush sr *not* to give Iraq a regime change because of all the reasons we see today. I don't know for sure where his stance was. The Dems want to hear the Baker report (James Baker, former Sec. of State for Ronald Reagan) see what his advice is. Anything to shake up the system, deviate from this road to nowhere.

How can you shake up the system with the system. The only thing that is gonna shake up the system now is a full blow revolution. The system caters to a few people and not "the people". These few will ensure it stays that way for years to come.

What the hell are you talking about? On that note, do you even know what you're talking about?

How can he resign!? The insurgency is in it last throes! Oh wait, that is what Rumsfeld said a few years ago.

Still, why can't he just stay the course? Oh wait, Bush never really meant stay the course when he said it all those times.

I guess Rumsfeld is just a cut and runner. ;)

So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehen, adieu

Adieu, adieu, to yieu and yieu and yieu

(said by the Dems to the Reps that they were replacing, and of course to Rumsfeld)
