Looks to me like Tigger was losing his balance because of the kid leaning on him. He doesn't punch him, he just turns toward him and his arm/hand brushes his face, trying to regain his balance.

That kid is a pathetic discharge of human being. And his dad is obviously upset that he failed to raise his son with any fucking balls. Tigger is upset because the punk kid told him he wanted to suck tigger's balls. Tigger is additionally upset because he got off such a weak shot in on this pansy kid.

The whole lot of of them are failures at life.
