I've also got a log of him saying that he already bought hacks from sandmann, as well as a server config downloader by which he could steal rcon to the server.

As I've stated before, all you need to do is update the ECGN server to 1.4b, then he won't be able to use the downloader. That's if ECGN isn't already 1.4b.

thank you for this well thought out and enlightening thread/post. what you have posted is irrefutable evidence that the person in question desires h4x. There is clearly no way this could be falsified... kinda like my own chat logs that i found:

Rofl 300 dollars to hack rtcw, something tells me he wasn't planning on paying assuming he wasn't just trying to get you banned as a hacker by getting to to say you could sell him one that is.

Parrot, he already paid s4ndmann. I don't know if he paid him $300, that's just what he was offering me.

He already has s4ndmann's hack, and the config downloader.

SourcetM should be banned for posting names of searchable hacks imo.

If this were a real case, an e-mail to one of the fine administrative employees at ECGN should have been sent.

Instead, he's posting an advertisement that his going rate is 300$ for hacks.

You know MD5Tool kicks tell you what they're kicking for, I guess that could be considered advertisement of searchable hacks.

Anyone can find a hack, just like anyone can commit murder. I didn't even know that scrub played 1.4, but I searched up his GUID to see what servers to notify.

Don't think it's proof? That's fine. I'm just letting people know.

Look him just saying he hacks/ is looking for hacks isn't enough for a ban. You'd have been better off taking a demo of him and sending it to an admin rather than making a giant public display which is likely to scare him off if he was hacking or at least make him very tough to catch.

More often than not, the people using these hacks are fairly easy to pick out, PB Proof or not.

You know, there are plenty of times within our legal system that people confess to things and still end up with nothing by the end of the case...admissions can mean absolutely nothing.
