LoL dude, the kick for /kill is automatic. Every time you /kill it adds tk points to you and when you get enough points it boots you. I'd have figured you would have worked this out by now

The /kill kicks are automatic if you do it too many times. (5 minute kick)
It counts towards your teamkill points, of which you have 100 before you are kicked. (Using the command !info will show you the current amount of TK points you have. You can also use !tklist to show the TK points for all the players on the server)
A /kill gives you 20 TK points.
You lose 2 TK points for every enemy you kill.
So what it amounts to is you can 'earn' a /kill for every 10 enemies you kill.
It's to prevent the annoying people who constantly use /kill to avoid a death to pad their stats and/or deny the enemy the kill that they earned.

No Lao, the server is set up in such a way if you do it too many times it auto kicks you. I ban you because of your disruptive foul-mouthed global whining. I have never nor will I ever ban for a /kill I do it myself.
There's only one crime in nature which is stupidity, and the punishment is death.

Glad to see man at arms doing the right thing...
This game is 5 yrs old...most ppl only still play because of the friends they made along the way...almost seems like a no brainer to play with the people you enjoy playing with...
I know when I am on the server and I'm playing with a friend...I enjoy it more..b/c the level of play/teamwork..etc..is what I'm looking for...I don't get unexpectedly tk'd by my friend..I know he'll cover me when I'm reloading..rez me instead of running by me to chase a guy into a room of 5 others...
Play with your friend man...some of these admins just dont get it. Lethal Lady and Man at Arms are the only ones I have seen that have a clue.
PS....this marks the 6th post I've seen since I've joined tonight that talks about slaugthers poor admin decisions and request to reconsider his admin priv...I think I see a trend...Unless Man at Arms knows slaugther as a good friend in real life...I don't see what's keeping man at arms to have justification to remove his admin priv.

Funny how you post nonsense, there is a huge fraction of players that enjoy my presence on the server, non stop pm's of commenting thanks for the shuffle, anyway we can lock teams, thanks for banning that tard ect.....
more post of me good, I'm one of the few admins that is there every night, so I would assume 100 percent of the peeps wouldn't agree with some of my kicks and bans, ummmmm you said friends well there you go

Nobody's ever trusted me with admin. Not sure if i really care to be one, seems like too much work.
