hmmmm.......only phone and electrical hook ups available right now, but what about my high speed internet addiction.

They should have given away about 2000 1.3 acre plots. 26 won't have an effect. A couple of thousand though is pretty good. There's a sweet spot in town sizes, 3-4K through 10-15k, where you're big enough to enough to have decent services, but not so big that it becomes a complex nightmare.
