these people should be sterilized.

Sterilized? That's letting them off too easy...they should be drawn and quartered.
I've seen airbags fracture the forearms of adults. If an airbag went off on that vehicle, the child would undoubtedly be killed.
Kinda sick to watch him turn the wheel around and around while the kid banged his head on his Dad's legs.
