Ouch! Great pic, love the 'Woe is me' look on his face. It's amazing the way kids fall--2/3 of the Earth's surface is covered with water, and there's quite bit of soft cushion-like areas (couches, mattresses, bushes) in addition to the water, yet they always manage to find the hard pointy surfaces!:P

He's a sweetie pie whitesox! Every time I'd take my son to the doctors he always had some sort of goose egg on his forehead or gash somewhere. The docs would go to great lengths talking to him about how did that happen. From there on in I'd call myself Shaft, because I'm one bad mother.

haha yeah I feel that way all the time. When they go to take baths, they look like they just got back from paint balling. Bruises everywhere from falling down, jumping.. etc....

after showing this pic at work, a guy took off his glasses to show me his scar in the exact same spot! From jumping off his p's bed and landing on the nightstand...
I have one on my forehead, right at the hairline, from running full speed and slipping into the couch (apparently couches in 1978 weren't padded all that much if you ran into them from behind)

Yeah, there is no doubt that I take care of more young boys than girls with cuts and bumps and what not. Not to say some girls don't get their fair share of cuts, but in general that Y chromosome seems to make us a little more daring.
