A great scene from a great movie that way too few people saw.

Cracks me up everytime.
Al Pacino just tearing up the scenery, the best part is after everything he says to him, that bit at the end where he calls him a 'child' just seems to sting at the end. Man, there have been more than a few people at work I would like to have cut loose on with this speech!
