Doc, it wasn't a bomb. I heard someone suggest that you could hear a plane getting louder in the back ground, suggesting a plane crashed into the diner.

No-one got killed. No-one got offed. No blood, no finality. Life goes on.

Perfect.

yeah it was a good ending, it showed a direction for meadow and aj. Yeah I was freakin out.

-- Is something gonna happen to them?

-- Is something gonna happen to the 3 of them before meadow gets there?

-- Is the fact that women cant parallel park gonna save Meadows life?

I was just waiting......... then it went black.......

Gotta love the song choice, why you ask?? That was the White Sox theme song when they won it all in 2005!!!

I was thinking the same thing. Or maybe get them killed cause she scratched a car. People do get shot over those things. Then it just went black.....

I got a kick out of Paulie and the cat. "Fucking snakes wit' fur!"

I'm a cat fan, and was afraid he'd do something to the cat to make me despise him.

Then the thing saunters up on the sidewalk and enjoys his company while he tans.

Great stuff.

That was a horrible ending. If they want show that life goes on, indicate it. If they want to tell us Tony got wacked, indicate it, show it. I didn't watch the finale to *not* know how it ends, I watched the finale to *know* how it ends. Not guess, not imagine, but know. That was a bullshit stunt.

how could it not be a bomb? do you think they took the shot of those boyscouts and other families because their cute like koalas? do you think they kept going to the one guy at the bar and then followed him into the bathroom because he had a nice ass? the daughter opened the door was just after that guy went to the bathroom...and he was packin some boom

the dead cable thing Doc was talking about it was a bomb, and all dead, maybe meadow survived cause he kept looking @ the door when the bell rang, by the third time it was the person he was looking for, so I think meadow survived, the guy looking at tony was a NY guy assc, went to the bathroom to escape.....I really think a dream final would have been better, he woke up out of a dream, sort of like the wizard of Oz, and the made guys were all his neighbors, and we finally figure out, he was just a farmer who lived in Kansas, but Soprano's for me was long and drawn out, but excellent writing, you have to watch a few times thru out all the season to really understand everything

One big happy family, that was made in America, best part everything was finally going Tony's way, Carm, got her job, meadow, finally with the right guy and a promising career, and AJ finally not going to kill himself, and doing something with his life.........Remember he is still in the Mob, and nothing is ever Final

Where do you guys get a bomb from? We saw nothing to indicate a bomb. Boy scouts in a restaurant do not equal a bomb as far as I know. If you saw a sweaty arab with something strapped to his waist, who than yelled 'Allah Snackbar' and then the screen went black, I would say 'bomb'

You guys are all over it, but you have all missed the point. Whether you personally liked it or not, the ending was brilliant. You can all draw your own conclusions. It was left open ending on purpose. Leaving a little to the imagination is a good thing. Just like a woman with a sexy outfit or lingerie is more appealing than a completely naked one.

I personally think they were all together as a family, doing better than they have in a long time everyone has direction.

Not to mention this leaves all kind of room for a spin off. HBO has made a ton of Money from this and it's not dead yet...

It is a 'make your own ending' type of ending, but that's what I hate about it.

Couldn't get into that show. Frankly having seen goodfellas and the godfather I figure it's covered enough ground for me :)

As I understand it, this guy is full of shit. People are saying IMDB lists no Nikki Leotardo in this episode. All the unknowns in the diner were played by unknowns.
