Register doesn't seem to work for me...did it work for anyone else? What does registering with this site enable you to do?

well I tried to register again with the same information and it shows the email address is already used... so I gather that the database is working and the activation did work but there is nothing a registered user can do yet. but its good to be there early so you get the username you like I suppose.

Wierd.

I try to login with the login i choosed when Blaster first posted this thread.
It doesn't work. I can't even retreive password, cus it say there is no account to my email. But i can't register a new account either cus of email allready in use.

Dilemma.

I wish i could remember what exactly it is you have to do so that i could tell you. but there is a way to activate the account you already made. there is a post about it there too but im not finding it now either. so basically nothing i said helps.

I send a mail to the support team, hoping they can help me out.

EDIT, Twitch! -
I've read the forums about the ironssight/shooting from the hip or not, and i saw your posts.

PLEASE please please, tell them this simple thing:

well, for the past week there has been about a million posts about how nobody wants iron-sights in the MP part of the game. the ID rep says that they are listening to the suggestions of the community so we will see.

You gonna have crosshair, but perhaps not usefull when shooting in distans, (2ppl shooting each other one of them will aimdown the sight and he will be killing the other one much faster). (like in etqw)

Almost same thing if you do a fov toggle in rtcw. (same feeling). Then it wasent sure it would be in mp or only sp.

I reg again and my regular mail worked now, check perhaps junkmail for activation.

Actually i want 3 things.

§ Crosshair
§ Strafing while shooting
§ Strafejump/trickjump - this one distinguish the casual player from the good ones actually trying to learn a whole game. What's the word i'm looking for here; practice - skill?

After that, i let them do whatever with the game.
