Maybe you don't care about stats - but others do. Get that through your head. Even if you dont care about them, stats can still be a great indicator for a basis of improvement. Thats all i'm saying.

You say statwhores - i honestly care about my acc stats more then my kr. Any fucking horrid player can get a 3+ kr. I remember a guy called lath+n (i think) who all he did was cc. He shot about your acc pico and had my ping - not a good player, never rev'd or anything - but he sustained around a 3 kr.

But even then maybe some people are stat whores? Let them enjoy playing the game they want to. I dont call you a fool for getting on vent with some buddies and enjoying the game that way. Grow up

Ok lets look at your stats.

98 kills a decent number but against who.

Your playing objective/Deathmatch and you got 24 gibs, 98 kills for 24 gibs is pretty shabby, you either were not good enough to get the gibs also, or were so focused on kills you let the gibs go and if you were focused on kills and we already know you concentrate on your acc more 47.28 on your home server is ok but not great I can see why you need to make demos of yourself. So 24 gibs, allies start with 24 lives so for that round you are holding up as a good round for you you killed 1 complete ally. 2 health so zero teamplay and a little over 1 hs per kill no doubt u spawned ontop of trenches and the allies were running up and towards you so hard to miss on hs really. Definite room for improvement.

Thats the thing about stats it's how you interpret them thats the b!tch.

Looks to me like you should be asking for advice not giving it especially when no one asked in the first place.

I'll just speak in generalities.

Learn to play the down team. The uphill battle is very rewarding.
Try getting more revives than deaths, just once. (especially since you spend most of your time as a medic)
Try barreling into a crowd of enemies on occasion. Corners have to get boring as hell.
Try shutting up and playing. I know you all like it better when I do.
Try playing allies, and not just as a sniper all round. (unless you do it like huggy bizz)
Try supporting a team rather than going rambo at the nearest corner.
Try not slash killing when poisoned, outnumbered, backraged, or when you have to reload and are attacked. You act like it's dishonorable to get shot in the back.

Give other people SOME friggin credit. If they earn a kill on you, take it.

/kill should cost 2 lives.

Try to think of the fact you're playing with REAL PEOPLE, and dare I say.. adults?
