I completely disagree. Like slaughter said, it'll probably slow down for a couple months, but everyone will make their way back to rtcw. And if not, it means the new game is awesome. So either way we win..

Well I think that post on crossfire is an absolute pile of crap. A friend of a friend blah blah blah. Gamespot got the most out of them so far at E3 from what I have seen so far. Carmack who makes the engines for the games also said similar , and that is that they are going to incorporate the things that made RTCW great into Wolfenstein but also including VEIL.

So these ET and COD comparisons are way off

Here is some info Jack found, and taking it into consideration I would guess the end of August release date just got changed to december. Just an opinion

Well, looking at interviews with John Carmack and Todd hollenshead, it seems id are starting to bring development of their games back in-house instead of contracting out to third party developers. They say all the stuff they have developed themselves has been a hit, and some of the stuff they have outsourced has been a bit flakey.

I don't know if the current Wolfenstein is being dragged back into id, I would say it is a bit late in the day for that to be happening, but it definitely seems the next title will be done by themselves.

If Raven & Endrant are continuing on the current Wolfenstein production (remember the multiplayer developer has already switched once from Threewave Software to Endrant) then I expect id are hsining the spotlight real brightly on them to make sure they don't screw it up.

ET was a success, how? They gave the b@st@rd thing away for free because it fell so short of being a good expansion/extension of RTCW. So in terms of a success how does this game even fukkin qualify.

So what does this walloper do next comes up with ETQW (Utter b@ll@cks) then bases RTCW 2 around that, WTF is this guy backward. His head is full of fukkin wasps and their all stinging if you ask me.

In the cartoon Popeye there were characters who did everything back to front, robbers would appear from behind trees and give you money, etc. A gold star for the first to google their name.
