How does taking off your gun help you with anything? If your looking at your gun your looking at the wrong place anyways. Except for the right corner camp, but even then it has never blocked my view. you guys are on crack.

muzzle flash is the reason, not what the gun obscures. But then I guess it still all depends on your config and how bad the flash is in your particular setup.

I have no idea what you mean by the rest of your post though but I'm not very smart. in OSP you can turn off muzzle flash, is that what you are referring to? I toggle my gun so it is off for weaponbank 3 but on for the rest of the weaponbanks. it's kind of buggy though.

I was referring to how you can toggle the gun on or off (to show or not show). In 1.3 you wouldn't be able to turn off the display of the gun but in 1.4 you can in the menu system. I like looking at my gun that's why I never thought to take it off, didn't realize it correlated to muzzle flash, where OSP I can take off muzzle flash but still have the gun... Makes sense.

The whole EA thing is if these flame wars become big enough they are going to make a crappy spin-off and make the same game but just release it with little variation over an 80 year period... Just hating on EA...

Have to say the server has taken a turn for the worse in the past few weeks. More and more punks seem to be turning up lately and are being given free reign on the server. They band together against anyone they do not like etc . Used to be a fun place to play but with so many spoiled brats running around I can see why Warpig is talking of leaving.

Maybe with school starting next week it will clean it up soon , we can only hope.
