Re: PunkBuster and Windows 7
yes i understand what you are saying. but it doesn't help. i've used pbsetup in conjunction with pbsvc for years and that was the first thing i did after installing rtcw. it does not work.
Re: PunkBuster and Windows 7
liquidswords is right...we already discussed pbsvc a few posts up and verified that it does not work for RTCW and Win7 64bit...

LOL...weird...don't close the game!..Just keep it minimized!
Seriously though, I don't think there necessarily needs to be a client/server upgrade...the client automatically grabs some kind of 'master security info' from evenbalance when running. Maybe they changed something with that.

Re: PunkBuster and Windows 7
If I get a new computer with Windows 7, will it work fine with RTCW?
I am thinking that most modern integrated graphics can handle RTCW fine. Right?
I want to play RTCW again very badly lol.
Thank you.

Re: PunkBuster and Windows 7
So when you have windows7 you only have to update PB?
with wolf minimized and without a firewall on?
Or did it 'just work' like liquid was saying.
So I don t have to worry aye?
