You will not make anybody here understand common sense, a previously caught cheater is an admin and reasonable admins are not allowed to ban previously caught cheaters or people that kill off the server.

Yes there are some admins that take things too personal or overreact( yes I was guilty myself) but when you deal with volunteers its a side effect. Either learn to live with cheaters and or different personalities or move on to another game as so many of us have done.
