Postby HPKeith » Sun Jun 23, 2013 12:31 am

Haven't been able to connect, not sure why.

i know the ip by heart, but alas, when i type it in "awaiting connection" is all i receive.

Any ideas what this could be from? i've been playing the last few days, including this morning all the sudden won't connect.
idk if mayhaps the server log would show somthing idk.. all i know is i miss playin wolf already.

Sounds like a problem with your firewall

i had thought the same thing, but, i've shut off both the windows firewall and the router firewall and still no luck.

I'm going to try re-installing wolf. i'll post back with an update after.

ok, Man-At-Arms, i've got it to connect and everything... now i have a seperate issue, if i right click and run as admin, it loads my configs and everything just dandy, but kicks me for pbinit fails.

if i run it without right clicking and going to admin, no pbinit fails, but NO CONFIG either.... lolllllll so

Good sir.

Any ideas :D ?

Keith:

You may want to take a look at the install guide MAA posted a while back:

viewtopic.php?f=4&t=26211

Make sure you followed each of these steps exactly; it can often solve any conflicts with Punkbuster.
