Old user checking in

Hi
I remember your servers from back in the day and have recently rediscovered RTCW through Stream. Having a few probs connecting to your server, first off saying something about GUID and im banned. now ive downloaded the new patch and am playing outside of steam its saying i need punkbuster. Ive followed a guide to get the lastest PB and I have it enabled. Any ideas?

guid ban means that your cdkey isn't valid o_O i think

as for punkbuster you can delete the current pb folder you have and replace it with this one: http://puu.sh/8CzBs/7b3be4ba08.rar

I had the same problem as I got a new copy from Steam as well. I followed everything here and it still didn't work 'viewtopic.php?f=4&t=26211'

What I had to do was open in notepad the file called 'rtcwkey' in the Main folder and put that key into Options -> Enter CD KEY and it worked after that.
