Cant get MUltiplayer to load after reinstall on new pc

Loaded up the disks 1 and 2 then downloaded the 1.41 patch from man-at-arms post along with all the maps and sound packs and I get this. Any idea what to fix or replace? Thanks for your help in advance.

Do you have the cgame_mp/qagame_mp/ui_mp dll's in the main folder?

Also make sure you're running as administrator.

You have to right click on your game then click run as a system administrator, once you have done that while in game you have to click on mods which is to the right and load up your OSP.

I used to get that same error whenever I decided to come back to RTCW a couple of weeks ago but now I do this everytime and I haven't gotten that error message one time, 100% effective. Please let me know if you have any problems and this didn't work.
