It must be a *.jpg file in order for the picture itself to show in the post, otherwise you will just have a link to your picture.

Yup.. just type your message, make positive your picture is a jpeg file and click browse next to attatch file. Search for your file (it should be in your rtcw directory under shrubmod/screenshots) double click, and post. Viola

under this post... to the right... click on new reply and it brings you to the other screen with the smileys and whatever. its right under where you type your reply.
