Mouse- Aim, turn.
Left Mouse Button-Shoot/Stab/Give Pack
Right Mouse-Jump
Wheel-Switches Weaps
Pressing the Wheel- Syringe/AirSupport

Keyboard

Up Button-Forward
Downbutton- Backpedal
Left Button- Straffe Left
Right Button- Straffe Right
Enter-Activate
CTRL-Reload
Shift-Sprint
1-Knife
2-Luger/Colt
3-Main Weapon
4-Nade
5-Ammo/Health/Dyno
6-AirSupport/Syringe/Pliers
End-Crouch
Delete-Lean Left
Page Down- Lean Right

Works good for me...most important thing is to have your number 6 item (syringe/Asupport/Pliers on a button you can hit quickly such as pressing wheel down:tard:

what exactly would i type to bind the syringe/support fire/pliers to ... lets say, the numberpad 4 button?
