Since this is a BF1942 Forum, I'll narrow it down to just the few greatest war movies

Bridge over the River Kwai

Patton

Platoon -There's a movie that will knock any stupid ideas about war right out of you.

Saving Private Ryan -Does the same thing as Platoon, but does it in the first 5 minutes.

The Recruit...very good movie with great ending...
The Transporter...must see movie
Payback..mel gibson nuff said
Catch Me if You Can...great movie
Windtalkers...nothing like fighting japs with a flamthrower
Tears of the Sun...good war movie with bruce willis
Saving Private Ryan..war movies never get old

There are a couple of movies that are funny but its hard to compare to hte rest because theyre so different
