Today i played on ecgn beach 24/7 and this guy (his name was SCHNOOBE) turns op claiming that he could see from out the wr how was coming in the ducts he sad he had founded a wall hack , first i thought he was lieing but when i went to the duct he exactly now when to flame ....so he founded some kind off cheat this i think ruines the game and its very lame :tard:

Are you sure he was cheating? I've been cooked in the ducts by people who heard me coming or just knew to pop out occasionally and start the grill.

There are a few wall hacks around...and ecgnetwork has pb turned off making it easier.

Also changing color depth to 16 bit causes some graphics abnormalities on some video cards which allows a few things to peak through walls such as shadows, internal wall structure etc. He can probably see the shadows of people in the ducts.

Sometimes IM popups cause graphic abnormalities too.

Just spectate him, record a demo, and upload it to the forums if you think someone is cheating.

He probabily has one, there have been atleast 5 or so people automatically banned by punkbuster for using wallhacks and other hacks in our ET server, so with wolf being so old, then its even easier to wallhack and PB is always off on the beach server so thats what you get, a pile of lame cheaters.

well i know ve seen through the ducts into the war room before...someone threw a grenade from the war roomn in to the ducts and it killed bu didnt gib me..and when i was waiting for a medic i could see into the war room so he may have gotten a glitch and just thought he could act cool and say he had a hack

THERE ARE WALL HACKS AND THEY WORK ON NON PUNKBUSTER SERVERS... THE SERVER ADMIN CAN ACTAULLY MAKE YOU BE ABLE TO SEE THRU THE WALLS... ITS AN OPTION... SO PPL TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THIS ABILTY AND MADE IT WORK FOR THEMSELVES...

I knew it! I dismissed this thread at first because I thought it could not be done as Punkbuster was on. Since it is not on, something makes a lot more sense.

There was this guy one day that was hitting me with every single shot. I couldn't believe how well his aim was. I thought he was cheating but then I figured that you can't cheat in Wolfenstein and chalked it up to him being a really really good player. Guess he was not so good after all.

dont go jumping to conclusions. could be a coincidence that he flamed at the appropriete (sp?) time.. or he couldve hear him coming too as a hungry croc said. when i get to the end of the ducts i whip out a nade and worry that someone below hears me all the time. so its possible

as for the guy hitting you with every shot, i have it happen every once and a while too... he did you strafe? cuz often times i find myslef strafing WITH the guy and hes always in front of my anyway... that couldve happened of you might have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time.

however if we have proof he or anyone else is cheating, ban thier ass.

i fopund a guy cheating today..i was about 30 feet from the murder hole in the little room with the brown boxes and the guy was frozen..and he wasnt taking damage from my shots..then he would start shooting me and freeze again...i could tell he was doing it himself..shalaska was there with a venom..and we were both hitting with him witha million shots...and finally shalaska venomed him when he unfroze himself...his name was.. dave (fr)
