Lesson # 1: How to screw up your computer!

Postby Dutchy (nl) » Thu Aug 21, 2003 1:34 pm

Ok guys, this is lesson 1: how to screw up your pc... First; you remove your coolingsystem, second you remove the p4 2.80 Ghz processor. When you replace it, be sure that you aren't paying attention, so that you break a few pins of the prosessor... Costs: eur 370,-

Replace it with a temporary celeron 2.40 Ghz... Costs: eur 99,-

As you are already busey with your computer, decide to buy a new computer case (costs eur 80,-) and some neon ventilators... (color red) and a blue neon light so afterwards you can cut a hole at the leftside of the computer case.. lol

To Be Continued...

well, you can drill a hole in the processor that is missing some pins. put a keyring on it. now you have a very expensive keychain!

my comp story:

what happened?: well, my dad took the comp to my brothers school to have a guy work on it. while they were inside,(parked outside of mechanics class) when two students put oil on the back tires of a limited (50 to be exact) edition poniac blackbird (380 hp stock) and as my dad shifted into second gear, the tires spun and went into a ditch about 20 feet down next to the school, slammed into a tree, it ripped out the entire back left side of the car...even the back left seet (that much was taken off) the drivers seat came unbolted from the ground, seatbelts broke, neither airbag went off, (made the newspaper with about a half page colum)
somehow, only person hurt was my brother...glass shard went into the back of his head, and he bleed pretty bad.

question: now why didnt the back right side get torn off too?

answer: my comp was in the back right of the car, and took ALL the force of the wreck. (thank god i was sitting on back right and not back left side)

aight, now bout my comp: my computer ended up in 7 pieces...the motherboard and video card were jammed through the case, the case made up 5 of the pieces, wires were torn, and so forth. it had been smashed to about (give or take 1) 5 inches thick....my RTCW disc was still in it (doh)
but thank god for kazaa and nocd cracks.when i was able to take a hammer and get the disc...what was left of it, out of the case, there was more glass than cd in there.
