no guys are wrong, this is easy, Germany ois going to win the WC, you have to follow this rule of these latest Wc, if you organize the WC then your team will win the WC, just see what happened to France in 1998:D....

yes... 2002: South-Korea was the host...and the reached the half-final!!
And yes, Germany does have good players. But I don't think that you become world champion because of a good goalkeeper ( Kahn) ? :-)

lol, yes: Kahn is a good player and a good Captain. But I don't think a team becomes champion, only because of the goalkeeper. To win you need goals ( and I haven't seen Kahn making goals yet...only from penalties), and you need a strong midveld, strong defence, and a good keeper.

So here is my top 4-list of nations who could be in the semi-finals:

1. Germany
2. England
3. Italy
4. France

In Europe I would not through out Ireland from havinga shot at making the quarterfinals. They really had a lot of spirit and magic in Japan. Will Keane play?
