Good Tactic Stories ???

I saw this tactic the other day on the 24/7 Beach server, it was kind of funny. An Axis soldier became a spy and went over to the forward bunker and started to block the Allies in. The axis panzers started to see what this guy was doing and began firing at the forward bunker, totally annihilating them over and over again. The Allies had no clue as to what was going on, they never did realize that it was a spy holding them in. They kept complaining about someone blocking the forward door.

Axis dominated the game, because of this play. After the game they were completely upset about this guy 'door-blocking'. LOL. This is one of the only times I know that 'door-blocking' is allowed.

Anyone else have any good tactic stories to tell us?

My tactic story, um, I think its great when as an axis soldier with mauser I go to the beach and snipe from an undisclosed spot, and then all the allies scurry around like ants trying to find me up at the bunker when in all actuality I'm right behind them. Every now and then I'll throw a grenade or get em with my luger them just to confuse the hell out of them. And say I'm spotted, in any situation actually, all the noobs fall for the ol' "play dead" trick. Keep the stories comin guys.

i find myself doing that alot of times to i like that type of sniping to

but most regulars on the server know fast enouf where you are.

my tactic is most of the time defending the area around the murder whole. i sometimes stand next to a door leaing to the left so i can see people coming with my poison needle in action and when they are allmost in the door i pop up and poisen them

I remember some ally playing dead with the documents in the wr. I cant remember if the icon went away but i did at first think they were dead. I assume he wanted the axis to leave the wr so they could get away.

Playing on 24/7 Beach.

A tactic that I use is, when I am an Axis Panzer and the Allies constantly make it to the Basement. I go to the Axis Barracks down in the Basement, get on top of the Bunk Bed closest to the War Room and play dead. (I aim to where I want to shoot before I lay down.) When I see the Allies turn the corner in the Basement heading for the War Room I get up and fire. From the height where I am at, I can usually shoot over my teammates heads (if they are there). Then after I am done lay back down until my bar charges again.

Usually they will think I am dead and ignore me.

I saw a sweet little tactic "Trevor" did. I was spectating different players on the server, and I saw him jump through the murder hole. What he did was, he jumped up into it, Play dead, his body flew threw the hole, and then he "Unplaydead". And he climbed up the ladder. It was pretty neat to see.

Ya, but be careful about jumping into murder hole, I've gotten stuck and had to selfkill to get out =D

I once tried something great: I went in one of the boats, as axis soldier and started aiming the bunker, like with a mauser but...with the panzer.... quite efficient and funny... one of my best kills in one game....

Managed to get to the ducts early in the game and stayed there waiting for backup...and waited...and waited...and waited. The axis pushed the allies further and further back right onto the beach where it was a struggle for any allies to get past the wall. After waiting for ages I ran through an empty warroom, picked up the docs, strolled through an empty basement, up an empty staircase, and into an empty radio room.

Server wasn't that full though. Wouldn't be possible on a full server.

/playdead in the console to play dead.

Sure you can go into console and type /playdead over and over, but do we really have time for that? NO! Bind it for easy access. Personally, I bind it to F3.

1. Go to console
2. write: /bind f3 playdead
3. enjoy!

ah yes the good old murder hoel protection. Personally i enjoy going on beach as medic and poisining or knifing all teh beach snipers. This gives u about 5 kil sbefore you die, unleess u pick up their mauser and snipe form beach or in water behind boats. ANd the old /playdead trick is wonderful. IT works so many imes its not even funny.

yeah i have a few tactics to, the door near ducts there is a light thing(dont no really what it is lol:roll: ) above it than u jump on it playdead and than the allies come and they think ur dead and u aren't in the way so they just leave u their and most off the time the allies go in to the ducts than i follow them and shoot loads and loads off bulllets into their backs:P

another one ( really not friendly one) when youre allies and u are in the ducts and u are with one off more allies let him go first cus he than can take the panzer shot so u can run threw the wr in one pease;)

not really friendly.....

and the last one not really a tactic but i just love to do it....in every round their panzers who are blocking the forward bunker door so when that happends i just give him a push the moment he wants to shoot and than he hits th trenches and vaporisize himself:D
