And all this deals with asteroids how?
Heh heh heh, that song by audioslave; Show me how to live, or whatever it is, sounds like a stripper's song.
My girlfriend seems to get a chuckle out of it, I wonder if I can get more?

Did you know that sometime in the early 1900's, the Patent Office was closed, becuase people believed we had all we would ever need, and the limit was reached. Bull! Look at the advances we have everyday, and no one knows the future, therefore no one knows when something new will come. Technological advances will never cease.
Also, this asteriod. Media=tards. I hate them. All they do is hype, hype, hype. Y2k! End of World! Oh No!!! It's all a big way to sell newspapers and get TV Ratings. SARS... I did the math. You have about a 98% chance to live if you caught SARS. Though the media hyped it all up. Also, has anyone noticed the papers or TV ever telling us SARS is contained? No! It doesn't sell! But yes, SARS is mostly contained now, and there hasn't been many cases in recent months.
If this asteriod were to come towards us, (yes, probably a 1 in 2,000,000 chance it will hit), by 2014 you can be assured we would know how to deal with it. First of all, in 5 years we've figured a way to link EVERY computer in the entire world together to interact, and in 5 years we've revolutionized all economies and the way we all do buisness, not to mention this new thing called the Internet has changed EVERYONE's life completley. Now, if we can make such bounds in science that fast, I think we can blow a rock out of our proximity...
Oh forgot to add. Do you know how many times the end of the world has been predicted? Thousands upon thousands of times it has been. there's really no sense listening to it now. It'll come when it comes... hopefully a VERY long time from now... maybe like the year 5000...
