Fun air show today. A friend had a scanner, so we got to listen to the Blue Angles radio chatter as they flew. Here are a few photos, still lots to process (gotta love digital).

This was a cool formation!

Sean D. Tucker flying the Oracle Challenger, he is a top aerobatic pilot. The challenger is a custom built plane.

Fat Albert, the Blue Angles transport plane doing a JATO (jet assisted takeoff)

i saw a show on the history channel ..tactial to practical..and the pic with the blue navy hornet..theyre claled the blue angels...just saw them yesturday do a show on it

Heh.. It is strange how the planes look like models in that shot.
