Radeon 9600s
Alright, I'm going to get one of these 9600s on this page: http://www.dealtime.com/dt-app/SE/KW-9600/FD-1722/linkin_id-2062212/NS-1/GS.html
The problem is, I don't know the difference between them. I was looking at the list and the one at the top seems to be the basic ATI 9600 card which I was thinking of going with, unless those of you who are more knowledgeable about this subject have something to say. Thanks.

Saphire/ATI/Powercolor are pretty good brands, though i haven't heard anything bad about the others.
If you're gonna buy a 9600, make sure it's a PRO.
Also, something you may want to do, is wait an extra month, or until you can save up an extra hundred bucks, and buy a Radeon 9700PRO. It's much faster than the 9600, and the price of it has gone down a LOT.

the 9700 pro can be overclocked safely to 9800 speeds, and you'll have one heck of a card.
But the 9600's are great as well.

9800XT (and I suspect the 9600) are arriving Oct 26th at Best Buy. Dunno pricing on the 9600xt, but it'd definately be the best bang-for-buck out there. That being said, a 9700pro is also a beautiful thing, as would be a standard 9800 (non-pro). Just don't buy anything that ends in "SE", that stands for "Sucks Extra bad"
Ps. I ran this game just FINE on a 9500 pro for quite awhile (until I traded it for a 9700pro, hehe).......
