Driver help

ok when i first bought my comp it said it was a geforce vid card then i look in my prperties it says i have a radeon 9000 the i go into my add remove programs and says that i have Nvidia windows 2000/display Driver but it also has ATI Display Driver any help in explaining this would be apreciated

check the screen when you first turn your system on, should flash the type of card, amount of mem it has, firmware version etc...

First, I'd trust the properties info before the add/remove window. Do you have on board video and an agp card? I would just try removing the nvidia drivers and see what happens. Worst that can happen is you have to reload one or the other.
