New Multi Theft Auto: Vice City

A new build of Multi Theft Auto: Vice City has been released bringing this mod up to version 0.3. The biggest change is a fix in the "radar" which prevented people from seeing other players in the game introduced in the last patch.

Never heard of it. Is it a client update for standard vice city?

I play MTA:VC 
It's multiplayer grand theft auto HaVoC.
The stunting mode is fun, except for the tards that ruin everything. I don't really play the regular mode (deathmatch) because I can't seem to kill anybody for some reason
