wow, that is awesome...

but look at the difference after switching the IRQ conflict...a big difference! I still have some sound issues (not sure why), but what a huge improvement already!

Actually shock, I've been so busy lately with moving and going back to school I haven't had time.........but just recently (thanks to some gift cards from xmas) picked up a sweet multimeter from sears, and I've been doing research on it. I'm gonna have to, b/c with the 1U AMD cooler mod already done, my load temps are around 20C, but I still can't o/c any higher without getting artifacts, so I've GOT to be limited by voltage on the core......

Yadad, you mean with max settings in the ATI CP? and max what, perf. or quality? Last time I ran mine with AA/AF turned on at max settings like I play BF with, my score plummeted to like 2500!

Evan, did you turn off everything in the ATI control panel? It makes a huge diff. in score.....use app. pref. for AA/AF, and set all sliders to max perf. (to the left). Otherwise, check for background apps, etc......dunno

Evan, look at your running processes, highway said Tommy
had over 80 separate processes running on his machine.
i have heard that many people can get XP down to 30
processes or less.
