First I sauted a red pepper, a green pepper, a jalapeno pepper, some diced garlic, some diced onions, a a ton of fresh sliced mushrooms in a butter-soy-worctershire mixture.

While this was cooking I cooked up some spanish style rice with freshly sliced tomato's and cilantro.

And I threw together a some black beans in a sauce with jalapenos.

Then I threw all three into a huge bowl and melted some mozzarella and sharp cheddar over it and wolfed the whole thing down.

Tonight it will be a 1 pound Ribeye grilled on an indoor grill with a baked potato with all the trimmings.

hehe I actually do cook like this but I am mainly posting this to make you dorm guys hate me:D I've been there.

That's cruel. :(. Hope you had fun relieving that red, itchy feeling after having all those peppers..

:tard: (;) )

Plantains are delicious. Try frying them and placing sugar on top; makes for a nice little dessert.:)

Sorry Giggles, but you're not doing anything to help the stereotype of English food.

I remember hearing that ketchup chips aren't available in the US...I guess this is true? I didn't believe it at first...

but anyway, they are the BEST type of chip ever! They're just like, say, salt and vinegar chips, except they're ketchup flavoured. I think they're one of the most popular flavour of chips up here....and DAMN GOOD!!!! I can eat bags and bags of those damn things
