Lance Armstrong

How can you not love this guy? I mean I know competitive cycling isn't the most enthralling sport in the world but he is going for a record sixth straight win, has only one nut, and he's banging Cheryl Crow! Talk about inspiration!

Dude is a stud. Never did anything over 40 miles but that was enough to make me appreciate the grueling effort that these guys put forth. And to win it 6 times...

However, I think one nut gives him an advantage - he can sit to one side...(I had to quit when both of mine went numb at 40 miles...) j/k

Out of Austin by the way. He has one of the funniest cameos ever in "Dodgeball." Its almost worth seeing just for his scene.

Back on topic,

What Lance Armstrong has accomplished is truly amazing and arguably one of the greatest athletes ever. Its just that the average American sports fan could care less about cycling. Its kinda sad when you think about the state of cycling here in the U.S. once Lance retires. Who out there is gonna grab my attention for a second when the Tour de France rolls around without Lance Armstrong. I can't see SportsCenter taking 10-15 minutes talking about some guy we've never heard of.
